Part 2:Thermal Processing and Aseptic Processing Training Course
BPCS (Better processing control school) Course
BPCS Course was set up by NFPA and FDA in 1972 and introduced to China by In-Tech since 2006. This course can help thermal processing food companies better understand the key elements and crucial points affecting the product safety and qualify in manufacturing thermal processed food products. Also tips of FDA filing and registration will be introduced. We have firstly organized this course in Fujian Province, and Sichuan Provinces afterwards with a wonderful success. The lecture is given by American professor and simultaneous translated by Chinese food specialist. Some courses were instructed by FDA approved instructors.
The main parts of the course include Microbiology of Thermally Processed Foods, Acidified Food, Food Container Handing, Food Plant Sanitation, Records for Product Protection, Principles of Thermal Processing, Container Closure and different types of retort techniques etc.
Aseptic Filling Processing
We can provide training for aseptic system equipment manufactories or packers to understand the U.S.FDA equipments, also to work with them to certify their system with FDA.
Part 3: Training of Key Operation in Cannery
Retort Training includes retort installation, operation and maintenance, how to analysis of retort evaluation report.
Can Seaming Training of common metal container and lids used in cannery, seaming process, closure inspection and record keeping.
Food Factory Sanitation Management Training includes food factory hygiene control, sources of possible microbial contamination and preventive actions, and personnel hygiene supervising and inspection.
