The 9th Good Manufacturing Practice for Canned Food (BPCS) training starts in August

The 9th Good Manufacturing Practice for Canned Food (BPCS) training starts in August Better Process Control School

Course background

For a long time, developed countries such as the United States and the European Union have regarded canned food as food that needs to be strictly controlled and managed. The FDA GMP regulations (21CFR 113 and 114) specify that supervisors of canning operators must receive specialized training in BPCS canning. The main purpose of this training is to ensure that employees in the cannery have adequate heat sterilization, product acidification controls and containers. Theoretical knowledge such as sealing detection guarantees the quality and safety control of products by enterprises from a technical level. But only a few universities currently offer such training courses. In the 2010 FDA regulatory spot check, many companies were listed as non-conforming items—the canned food practitioners did not receive BPCS training and did not meet the requirements of US GMP regulations. To this end, In-Tech companies hold BPCS training courses every year to help companies obtain valid certifications that meet regulatory requirements.
